Board Meeting AgendasAt our 2001 Annual Meeting, the recommendation was made to post the Board Agenda on our web site. The agenda for each meeting is prepared by the President and the Association Manager and is typically sent to all board members the Friday preceding the Tuesday Board Meeting. If you have items that should be considered by the board, they need to be submitted to the President and/or the Association Manager at least three days before the agenda is prepared. While the decision to include items in the agenda is the President's, you are free to use the public comment period at each meeting to express your concerns. You are visitor number
